Presented on canvas, protected by several thin coats of UV protective matte varnish, framed in a wide and deep, champagne/metallic molding with a narrow black fillet creating depth between canvas and frame.
This piece is a plein air painting done at Radnor Lake in late afternoon, hence the far shore is indistinct, while a flock of geese comes in for a landing on the water. This is the time of day when the sounds of wild life are most colorful around the water, which I attempted to represent on the canvas. This piece is simply joyous.
